The cacao beans are sun roasted prior to processing into cacao liquor.
Cacao liquor is heated to approximately 112 f,
which guarantees a healthy, tasty raw chocolate.
The liquor is then cold pressed to remove excess butterfat, and prepared for milling.
The cold cake is then milled to the finest particles
to ensure highest antioxidant levels.
The next part of the process incorporates high antioxidant flavor enhancers, which not only add flavor but also improve over all health benefits.
